Inspirational Intervention

Ever feel that you are on a habitrail? You are busy, but getting nothing done?  You have a goal but no team to support you?

It's easy to be inspired to do something.  Usually it happens when you hear someone amazing and you connect with that person.  But it's hard to stay inspired on a day to day basis.  You get spun into the same routines and your vision gets lost.  That's when you need an inspirational intervention.

Intervention sounds scary but it's really just a little help.  It's getting that little bit of extra energy.  So often we convince ourselves that we can do it ourselves.  We can be stubborn that way!

A friend of mine sent me a great inspirational quote to help me stay on track.  I've looked at it almost every day this week.  I hope it helps you too.  And if you need more than this quote to stay inspired, let's get together and talk!

“Anyone who has ever made a resolution discovers that the strength of his or her determination fades with time. The moment you feel that is when you should make a fresh determination. Say to yourself: “OK! I will start again from now!”  If you fall down seven times, get up eight.  Don’t give up when you feel discouraged – just pick yourself up and renew your determination each time.  “The important thing is not that your resolve never wavers, but that you don’t get down on yourself when it does and throw in the towel”.

To your most peaceful and inspired self!
