Focused energy creates movement - towards a goal, an organized space or better feeling of well being. ![]() Sometimes it just takes time to do things. And usually it's more time than we plan for. So when things don't happen as we anticipated we have to adapt and make changes. Now if you know me, you know that for the last several years I've been through a lot of changes in my life.. And that's resulted in a LOT of changes in lifestyle, energy and time. So when I heard about this webinar with Professional Organizer Linda Samuels I was especially curious to hear what she had to say. She was amazing! What I was reminded was that it's not about whatever change is going on. It's not about the substantial amount of emotions change brings. It's about managing the process. That's it. We are in a constant state of change. And it's ok. To your best ever changing self. ![]() It's the day after daylight savings and I bet some of you feel like your internal clock is like this. I bet it didn't really feel like you got an extra hour. Why? We gave it away to something that was important to us. (Sleep anyone?) I heard once that everything in our house is there because we allow it in. The same could be said for our time. We allow our calendars to be just as full as our homes. Move beyond intention to do more with the time you have. Write your goals on a sheet and move those items INTO your calendar. If you are finding you need more time (or energy) to accomplish them, keep allowing time (and energy) to do so. Now about resetting the clock on the stove.... |
