![]() Living with Lupus, I take a lot of medications. Every morning I count out from each bottle and swoosh them all down all at once. One of them medications I am supposed to take one pill twice a day, but I just take them all in the am. I'm afraid I'll forget. But then I went to a fabulous seminar through the Lupus Foundation of MN where Dr. Jennifer Chen held a round table discussion on how to maximize your medications. It was awesome! I think mostly because we share in the same line of thinking that you have to be an active member in your health care. Not only with your physician, but with your pharmacist too. They go together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Dr. Chen has graciously agreed that I can share her informational handout with you to be used as a resource. You can download it HERE. When you have completed the download, make sure to save in an electronic medical file. You can either save on your electronic device or in the cloud. Then populate the fields and print. Update as appropriate and save as a new, updated document. To your most peace-nut butter and jelly self!
