I love to dry clothes on the clothesline. It reminds me of summers at my grandma's house when she would use bleach for the bedding and then hang it out to dry. The cool Lake Superior breeze would come in off the lake and dry the sheets to a crisp freshness that you just can't duplicate. One of my favorite memories was taking a sauna bath, getting into fresh jammies and jumping into bed. I can still smell the sweet Superior air! Delicious Does it take more energy to dry clothes on the line? Yes. But it's a conscious effort to think about more than getting from A to B. As we are learning more and more, it's our process in the middle that makes a small, but wildly significant impact to our world. This week, what change can you make in one process? Maybe it's washing your car on the lawn instead of bringing it to the car wash. Maybe you walk to the library. Or maybe you have an impromptu picnic in your back yard and enjoy your family's company. Frugality? It’s All in Your Mind

Being satisfied with less expensive options, enjoying free and almost free entertainment and keeping as far away from The Joneses as humanly possible. I think about how I spent yesterday, and I find a number of perfect examples:
