![]() How many New Year's resolutions have you thought about or made? How many have you started? How many have you set aside time for in the coming weeks? It's easy to desire to start something new on the first of the year. But here's something to consider. Wait a month. Take the rest of January to list all your resolutions and hopes for change. Now review your list. Are your resolutions the same as previous years or are they new goals? Why did they fail previously? Sometimes we have try things a couple of times before it works for us. It's a process we are always refining as we learn a new process.
